Ncell USSD Codes List 2026: Balance, Data, Recharge & More
Forgot which code checks your balance, or how to buy a data pack without opening the app? This page puts every working Ncell USSD code in one place, grouped by what you want to do. Dial the code from your Ncell SIM, press call, and follow the menu on screen. No internet connection is needed.
Tip: Pack prices and offers change often, and the Ncell app can show personalised prices. If a pack looks different from what you expect, compare it in the app before buying.
Ncell Balance Transfer and Sapati (Emergency Credit)
Use these to block a lost SIM, raise a complaint, or fix anything a code cannot solve.
NTC Codes That Do Not Work on Ncell
Codes such as *400#, *1415#, *9#, *922# and *422# belong to Nepal Telecom (Namaste), not Ncell. Dialing them from an Ncell SIM will not give the result you expect. Use the Ncell codes above instead.
Code Not Working? Try This
Check that you have network signal and are not in airplane mode.
On a dual-SIM phone, choose the Ncell SIM when the dialer asks.
Try the alternative code, for example *901# instead of *101#.
Wait a minute and retry if the network is busy.
Still stuck? Call 9005 from your Ncell number.
Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answer
To deactivate an NTC landline, clear every unpaid bill, then give Nepal Telecom a written deactivation request with a copy of your government-issued ID. You can do this in three ways:
In person: fill in the deactivation form at the NT office and attach a photocopy of your citizenship, NID, passport or driving licence.
Remotely: contact NT by email or the call centre and send your request with a selfie holding your official ID.
Timing: NT's terms ask for at least 7 working days' written notice, and your deposit is refunded after outstanding dues are deducted.
7 days
Working days' written notice
Rs. 0
Termination fee in NT's PSTN tariff
2%
Monthly penalty on overdue bills
Refund
Deposit minus dues, on closure
Plenty of Nepali households still pay a monthly rental on a landline nobody has picked up in years. Closing it sounds simple, but most people get stuck on the same questions: which office to visit, what to write in the application, whether there's a fee, and what happens to the deposit paid when the line was installed.
Nepal Telecom's own deactivation page answers only part of that in two short bullet points. This guide puts the full NTC landline deactivation procedure in one place, using NT's official policy, its General Terms and Conditions and its current PSTN tariff, and adds what the official page leaves out: a ready-to-use application in English and Nepali, how the final bill and refund work, cheaper alternatives to closing the line, and the mistake that can block your other NTC services.
Before You Deactivate: Do You Really Want to Close the Line?
Deactivation is permanent in practice. Nepal Telecom's terms say the number belongs to NT and can be given to another subscriber once a line has been disconnected, and any later reactivation is at NT's discretion and subject to charges. If your real problem is something else, one of these may suit you better:
Your situation
Better option
What to know
You no longer use the phone at all
Deactivate (this guide)
Clear dues, apply in writing, collect the deposit balance
You're moving house but want to keep the number
Place transfer
NT lists a place transfer charge of Rs. 320 (with tax) and has a PSTN Place Transfer Form
The line should stay, but in someone else's name
Ownership change
Use NT's PSTN Ownership Change form; the new owner registers as a subscriber
You only want to stop surprise call charges
Turn off ISD or extra features
Lock international dialling with the ISD deactivation code for your exchange
Both forms are on NT's Fixed Line downloads page. If you only want to block international calls, NT's Useful PSTN Services table lists the ISD deactivation code for each exchange type (for example #33*LC#, where LC is your locking code). For mobile features like CRBT, credit service and call forwarding, see my guide to activate and deactivate NTC services.
Update your records before the line goes dead
Because a closed number can be reassigned, change it everywhere it appears first: bank and school records, your Google Business Profile, letterheads, invoices, government forms and any two-step login that still calls the landline. Businesses especially don't want old customers ringing a stranger.
Documents Required for NTC Landline Deactivation
NT's Account Deactivation Policy names only two requirements: a deactivation request and proof of identity. In practice, take these so the counter can find your account and settle it in one visit:
1
Deactivation request
The NT deactivation form at the office, or a signed written application (samples below).
2
Photocopy of government ID
Citizenship, National ID card, passport or driving licence of the registered subscriber. Carry the original to show.
3
Landline number and PSTN account number
Your account number is printed on your previous landline bill. NT's online bill system uses it too.
4
Latest bill or payment receipt
Shows dues are cleared and speeds up the final bill calculation.
5
Selfie holding your ID (remote requests only)
Required by NT when you apply by email or through the call centre instead of visiting.
If someone else is applying for the registered owner, or the line is in a company's or a deceased person's name, the office will ask for more. Those cases are covered in the special cases section.
Step-by-Step NTC Landline Deactivation Procedure
Here is the whole process from start to finish. Steps 1 and 2 can be done from home; step 4 is the only one that may need a trip.
The procedure at a glance
1
Check & clear dues
1606, SMS 1415 or online bill
2
Settle linked services
ADSL, features, records
3
Write the request
Form or signed application
4
Submit with ID
Office, email or call centre
5
Final bill & refund
Dues deducted from deposit
6
Keep the proof
Receipt and confirmation
Step 1: Check and clear your outstanding landline bill
NT's terms say you can terminate the service only after full settlement of what you owe, so start here. Use any of these official ways to see the amount due:
IVR: dial 1606 and follow the prompts for PSTN bill enquiry.
SMS: type CB*[full number with area code], for example CB*014XXXXXX, and send it to 1415.
Online: open NT's online bill system, choose PSTN, and enter your number and account number for the detailed bill.
Pay it through your usual channel before you apply. Keep the receipt, because the final bill on closure only covers the days after it. For the other short codes NT uses, see my NTC USSD codes list.
Step 2: Sort out anything tied to the line
ADSL internet: NT's ADSL runs over the landline's copper pair. Ask the office whether closing the phone also ends your ADSL, and settle both accounts together.
Call forwarding and other features: cancel them so no last-minute charges land on the final bill.
Records: replace the landline number anywhere people or systems still use it (see the warning above).
Step 3: Prepare the deactivation request
At an NT office you'll be given a deactivation form. If you apply by email, or want to arrive ready, write a short application addressed to the office chief of the telecom office that serves your line. Mention the number, the account number, your request to close it permanently, and a request to refund the deposit balance. Use the sample application below.
Step 4: Submit your request with ID
Hand in the form or application with a photocopy of your government ID at the NT office, or send your request remotely with a selfie holding your ID. NT's General Terms and Conditions (clause 11.2) ask subscribers to give not less than seven working days' notice in writing, so don't expect the line to go dead the same afternoon.
Step 5: Pay the final bill and collect your deposit balance
On termination, NT deducts all arrears and dues from your deposit and refunds whatever is left (GTC clause 4.3). Ask the counter how much the final bill is, how much will come back to you, and whether the refund is paid in cash, by cheque or into a bank account.
Step 6: Keep proof that the line is closed
Ask for a stamped copy or receipt of your application, and the refund or settlement slip. After the notice period, check that the line is silent and that no new bill appears. If a bill does arrive, that receipt is what gets it cancelled.
Tip
Write the date you submitted the request and the name of the staff member who received it on your own copy. If the line is still billing a month later, "I applied on this date with this person" resolves a complaint far faster than "I applied sometime last month."
In Person, by Email or by Phone: Which Method Should You Use?
Nepal Telecom's deactivation policy allows you to start the process by email or through the call centre, or by visiting the head office for the deactivation form. Here's how the options compare:
Method
What you submit
Best for
Visit an NT office
Deactivation form + photocopy of government ID
Anyone near their telecom office; easiest way to settle the bill and refund in one go
Email
Deactivation request + selfie holding your official ID
People living outside the area or abroad
Call centre
Request by phone, then the selfie with ID as instructed
Starting the process quickly; dial 198 for PSTN service queries
The policy doesn't name a specific email address. NT's contact page lists info.nt@ntc.net.np (information officer) and gunaso.nt@ntc.net.np (grievances) for its central office, along with phone numbers for every provincial directorate and district telecom office. For a line outside Kathmandu, calling the telecom office that serves your area first can save you a wasted trip.
Which office handles my line?
Landlines are billed and maintained by the local telecom office for your exchange area, the same office that installed the line and handles place transfers. NT's policy specifically mentions getting the deactivation form at its head office, but if you're unsure where to go, call 198 or your nearest telecom office and confirm before you travel.
Sample Application for NTC Landline Deactivation

NTC Landline Deactivation Charges, Final Bill and Deposit Refund
NT's current PSTN telephone charges list no fee for terminating a line. What you actually pay when you close it is the usage and rental up to the termination date, plus any late penalty on old bills. Here are the figures from the tariff and terms that matter:
Item
Official figure
Why it matters when closing
Termination fee
Not listed in NT's PSTN tariff
Closing the line itself shouldn't cost anything extra
Minimum monthly rental
Rs. 200 (with 175 free calls), before tax
You keep paying this until the line is actually closed
Credit limit at subscription
Rs. 750 for new connections
Part of the amount new subscribers pay up front
Late payment penalty
2% per month on overdue dues
Old unpaid bills grow while you delay
Deposit on termination
Dues deducted, balance refunded
You may get money back if the final bill is smaller than your deposit
Billing disputes
Raise within 30 days of the bill
Check the final bill promptly
Older lines were installed under different tariffs, so the deposit held against your account may not be Rs. 750. Ask the counter to tell you the exact deposit on your account before they calculate the refund.
How the final settlement works: an example
The numbers below are illustrative only, to show the arithmetic NT's terms describe. Your real figures will be on your final bill.
Deposit held on the account
Rs. 750
Final bill: rental and calls up to closure
Rs. 450
Refund paid to you
Rs. 300
If the final bill is bigger than the deposit, you pay the difference instead, and NT can recover unpaid amounts from deposits on your other NT accounts.
Special Cases: Deceased Owner, Company Line, Applying for Someone Else, ADSL
NT's public policy is written for an owner closing their own line. These situations come up often, and the office will usually ask for extra papers. Call the telecom office first to confirm exactly what they want.
Situation
What to expect
Bring
Registered owner has died
The line usually needs to pass to an heir (ownership change) or be closed by the family with proof
Death certificate, relationship certificate, the applicant's ID, latest bill
Line is in a company or office name
The request must come from the organisation
Application on letterhead with stamp and authorised signature, registration certificate copy
Someone applies on the owner's behalf
Staff need proof the owner agrees
Signed authority letter from the owner, ID copies of both people
Owner lives abroad
Use NT's remote route
Email request plus a selfie holding the owner's official ID
ADSL runs on the same line
Closing the phone line may end the ADSL service too
Settle the ADSL account and ask about any NT-supplied equipment
Why You Shouldn't Just Stop Paying the Bill
The most common "deactivation method" in Nepal is simply ignoring the bill until NT cuts the line. It works, but it costs more than doing it properly. Under NT's terms:
Dues keep growing
Overdue amounts attract a 2% penalty every month, on top of rental.
Your other accounts are exposed
NT can recover what you owe from deposits on any other account you hold, and set off dues across agreements.
Recovery costs fall on you
If NT has to chase the debt, the subscriber is liable for legal and recovery expenses too.
A suspended line for non-payment also isn't the same as a closed account. Deactivating properly stops the rental, gives you a clean record and gets your deposit balance back.
Common Problems and Fixes

What to do
You don't know your PSTN account number
Old bills lost
Ask at the counter with your ID, or call 1606 / 198 for help

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the NTC landline deactivation procedure?
Clear all outstanding bills, then submit a written deactivation request with a copy of your government-issued ID. You can fill in the deactivation form at an NT office, or start the process by email or through the call centre with a selfie holding your official ID. NT then closes the line, deducts final dues from your deposit and refunds the balance.
What documents are required to cancel an NTC landline?
A deactivation form or signed application and a photocopy of the registered owner's citizenship, national ID, passport or driving licence. Bring your landline number, PSTN account number and latest bill. Remote requests need a selfie holding your official ID.
Can I deactivate my NTC landline online?
There's no self-service button to close a landline. NT's policy lets you start the request by email or through the call centre, verified with a selfie holding your official ID.
How long does NTC landline deactivation take?
NT's terms ask subscribers to give at least seven working days' written notice before termination, so allow at least that long.
Is there a fee to terminate an NTC landline?
NT's current PSTN tariff doesn't list a termination fee. You pay the rental and call charges up to the closing date, plus any late penalty on overdue bills.
Will I get my landline deposit back?
Yes, if anything is left. On termination NT deducts all arrears and dues from your deposit and refunds the balance.
Can I keep my landline number after deactivation?
No. The number belongs to Nepal Telecom and can be allocated to another subscriber after the line is disconnected. To keep it, use place transfer or ownership change instead.
How do I check my NTC landline bill before closing it?
Dial 1606, or send CB*[number with area code] by SMS to 1415, or check the detailed bill at gsmbl.ntc.net.np using your number and PSTN account number.
What happens if I just stop paying my landline bill?
NT can suspend the line, add a 2% monthly penalty on overdue dues, recover the debt from deposits on your other NT accounts, and charge you recovery costs. Deactivating properly avoids all of this.
Which number do I call for NTC landline service?
Dial 198 for PSTN service queries and complaints, 1606 for landline bill enquiry, and 197 for landline number enquiry.
Sources: Requirements come from Nepal Telecom's Account Deactivation Policy; notice period, deposit refund, penalty and dispute rules from its General Terms and Conditions; charges from the PSTN Telephone Charges tariff; contacts from the NT contact page. Documents for special cases reflect common office practice, so confirm with your telecom office. NT can change its procedure without notice, and ntc.net.np is the final authority.

Vianet Package Price List 2026: New WiFi 6 Prices, ViaTV and Real Costs
By Wilson Shrestha · Prices verified on 6 October 2026 (Ashoj 2083) from vianet.com.np
This Vianet package price list shows the prices Vianet charges since its October 2026 price change, plus ViaTV, mesh router and other extra charges. The short answer: Vianet’s cheapest plan is now 200 Mbps for Rs 16,830 a year (about Rs 1,403 a month), and every price on Vianet’s site includes 13% VAT.
Vianet replaced its old 250 Mbps plan with a 200 Mbps plan and raised its 400 Mbps price in early October 2026. Many websites still show the old prices. Below you will find the new price of each plan, what changed, and how Vianet now compares with WorldLink, Subisu, Classic Tech and DishHome once VAT is counted the same way.
Quick answer
WiFi 6
200 Mbps
Rs 16,830 / year · Rs 4,800 / 3 months
WiFi 6
400 Mbps
Rs 18,360 / year · Rs 5,250 / 3 months
WiFi 6
600 Mbps
Rs 22,950 / year · Rs 6,500 / 3 months
All prices include 13% VAT. ViaTV is extra: Rs 250 per TV per month.
Key takeaways
Vianet sells three home plans: 200, 400 and 600 Mbps, all with a WiFi 6 router, on 3-month or 12-month terms only.
Prices rose in early October 2026. 400 Mbps went from Rs 15,600 to Rs 18,360 a year, and the Rs 13,800 250 Mbps plan was replaced by 200 Mbps at Rs 16,830.
The 200 Mbps plan is poor value: 400 Mbps costs only Rs 1,530 more a year (about Rs 128 a month) for double the speed.
Paying yearly saves Rs 2,370 to Rs 3,050 compared with four 3-month renewals.
After the change, Vianet is dearer than WorldLink 6G, Subisu, Classic Tech and DishHome at 200 and 400 Mbps. Its 600 Mbps plan is still competitive.

Vianet’s page now shows one price for everyone and no longer lists separate renewal and new-connection prices. If you are renewing an older 250 Mbps plan, check in the Vianet app whether it still renews at the old rate before you switch.
Vianet WiFi 6 plans explained
All three plans come with a WiFi 6 router and Priority Serve support. The difference is speed, and therefore how many people and devices the connection can handle at once.
WiFi 6 200 Mbps price
Rs 16,830 a year or Rs 4,800 for 3 months. Vianet pitches it for Full HD YouTube, video calls, online gaming and 4K on one app. It suits a home of one to three people with a handful of devices. It is the cheapest Vianet package, at about Rs 1,403 a month on the yearly plan.
WiFi 6 400 Mbps price
Rs 18,360 a year or Rs 5,250 for 3 months. Built for several 4K screens at once, with gaming and large downloads running together, and comes with Vianet’s latest WiFi 6 router. At Rs 1,530 a month it costs only about Rs 128 more than 200 Mbps for double the speed.
WiFi 6 600 Mbps price
Rs 22,950 a year or Rs 6,500 for 3 months. Aimed at large families with heavy use, people who download big games often, and creators who upload large files. It barely changed in October, so it is now Vianet’s cheapest plan per Mbps.
What every Vianet plan includes
WiFi 6 router. Vianet lists its “latest” WiFi 6 router on the 400 and 600 Mbps plans.
Priority Serve: same-day support for faults.
Service Assurance: if Vianet takes longer than 24 hours to restore your service, you get free days added for the delay (details).
Unlimited data, subject to the Fair Usage Policy explained below.
Speed and latency are guaranteed only on a wired connection inside Vianet’s network, not over WiFi.
Vianet new connection price and installation charges
Vianet’s plans page now shows a single price per plan and no longer lists an activation charge or router deposit for new connections. Until early October 2026, new customers paid a Rs 565 activation charge and a Rs 1,000 refundable deposit for the WiFi 6 router on top of the plan price.
When you order, ask Vianet whether these charges still apply. Budget about Rs 1,565 extra to be safe; Rs 1,000 of that is refunded when you return the router.
Check coverage first
Vianet serves 90+ cities, but not every street. Search your municipality on vianet.com.np before you pay, and confirm a technician can reach your address.
Yearly vs 3-month plans: which saves more?

Vianet Fair Usage Policy (FUP) explained
Vianet home plans are “unlimited”, but heavy use in one month lowers your speed in three steps. Vianet adds your download and upload data together, from the 1st of each English month, and resets the counter on the 1st of the next month. Vianet does not publish the GB limit for each level. *Vianet says Level 3 is 10% of your speed or 5 Mbps, whichever is lower. On every current Vianet plan that means 5 Mbps.
If you hit the limit, Vianet’s Ultraboost feature lets you buy extra data at 100 Mbps from the customer portal or app. Vianet’s SOHO business plans have no FUP.
Which Vianet plan should you choose?
This is our recommendation based on price and typical use, not Vianet’s.
200 Mbps
1–3 people, browsing, YouTube and video calls. Only worth it if the lowest bill matters more than anything; it is the worst value per Mbps.
400 Mbps
Our pick for most families. 4–6 people, several 4K streams, work from home and gaming. Double the speed of 200 Mbps for about Rs 128 a month more.
600 Mbps
Large households, creators and heavy gamers. The cheapest Vianet plan per Mbps, and still priced close to WorldLink at this speed.
Weak WiFi, not slow internet?
Add a Rs 3,500 WiFi 6 mesh device instead of upgrading. Coverage, not speed, is the usual problem in multi-floor Kathmandu houses.
Vianet vs WorldLink, Subisu, Classic Tech and DishHome
ISPs in Nepal do not list prices the same way: Vianet and Subisu show prices with VAT, while WorldLink and DishHome show them without. The table adds 13% VAT where needed so you can compare like for like.
12-month price, internet only, VAT included. Vianet checked 6 October 2026; other ISPs from our own price lists checked 29–30 September 2026. Classic Tech does not state whether its prices include VAT, so its figures are estimates with 13% added.
What this shows:
At 200 Mbps, Vianet now costs Rs 2,140 a year more than WorldLink 6G and Rs 4,330 more than DishHome.
At 400 Mbps, Vianet costs Rs 1,975 more than WorldLink 6G, and Subisu gives 450 Mbps for Rs 860 less.
At 600 Mbps, Vianet is only Rs 350 dearer than WorldLink, and well below Subisu Elite and DishHome GamePro.
Price is only half the story. Ask neighbours which ISP gives the most stable signal and the fastest repairs in your area.
Vianet Dashain offer 2026 (2083) and other current offers
As of 6 October 2026, Vianet has not published a Dashain 2083 offer on its website. Last year’s Dashain offer included Rs 300 cashback for eSewa payments, a discounted mesh router and a “Spin the Wheel” draw for free months of internet. If you are not in a hurry, wait to see this year’s deal before paying for a full year. We will update this section when it is announced.
Refer a friend: refer someone who installs a 3-month or longer package and you both get 1 month free, claimed at your next renewal (referral offer).
Vianet XGS-Extreme (1 Gbps and 2 Gbps) and business plans
XGS-Extreme is Vianet’s multi-gigabit service on XGS-PON fiber. It comes in XGS-Extreme Pro (1 Gbps up and down) and XGS-Extreme Pro Plus (2 Gbps up and down), with 3 ViaTVs, WiFi 6, Priority Support and a dynamic public IP. Vianet does not list prices; you request a quote, and it is available only in selected areas. (XGS-Extreme page)
Shops and offices should use Vianet’s SOHO and SME plans, which have no FUP, or ask for a corporate quote on the Vianet business page. Home plans are for residential use only.

FAQs about Vianet package prices
How much is Vianet internet per month in 2026?
The cheapest plan, 200 Mbps, works out to about Rs 1,403 a month on the yearly plan (Rs 16,830) or Rs 1,600 a month on the 3-month plan (Rs 4,800). 400 Mbps costs Rs 1,530 a month and 600 Mbps about Rs 1,913 a month on yearly billing.
What is the cheapest Vianet package?
WiFi 6 200 Mbps, at Rs 4,800 for 3 months or Rs 16,830 for 12 months, VAT included.
Did Vianet increase its prices?
Yes. In early October 2026 Vianet replaced its Rs 13,800 250 Mbps plan with a 200 Mbps plan at Rs 16,830 a year, and raised 400 Mbps from Rs 15,600 to Rs 18,360. The 600 Mbps plan rose from Rs 22,500 to Rs 22,950.
How much does a new Vianet connection cost?
Vianet now lists the plan price only, from Rs 16,830 a year. Until October 2026 new customers also paid a Rs 565 activation charge and a Rs 1,000 refundable router deposit, so ask whether these still apply.
Does Vianet have monthly or 6-month internet plans?
No. Vianet’s WiFi 6 internet plans are sold only for 3 months or 12 months. ViaTV can still be paid monthly.
Are Vianet prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Vianet’s listed prices include 13% VAT, the Telecommunication Service Charge and the port and infrastructure charge.
How much is ViaTV per month?
ViaTV costs Rs 250 per TV per month, Rs 750 for 3 months or Rs 3,000 a year. The primary set-top box activation is Rs 2,500 on a monthly plan and Rs 500 on a yearly plan.
What happens when I cross Vianet’s FUP limit?
Your speed drops to 60% after Level 1, 30% after Level 2, and 10% or 5 Mbps (whichever is lower) after Level 3. It returns to full speed on the 1st of the next English month, or sooner if you buy Ultraboost data.
Is Vianet cheaper than WorldLink?
Not any more. After the October 2026 change, Vianet 200 Mbps costs Rs 16,830 a year against about Rs 14,690 for WorldLink 6G 200 Mbps with VAT, and 400 Mbps costs Rs 18,360 against about Rs 16,385. At 600 Mbps the two are close: Rs 22,950 vs about Rs 22,600.
How much does a Vianet mesh router cost?
A Vianet WiFi 6 mesh device costs Rs 3,500 including VAT. Staff installation is Rs 250 extra per device.
Conclusion
After its October 2026 price change, Vianet charges Rs 16,830, Rs 18,360 or Rs 22,950 a year for 200, 400 or 600 Mbps, VAT included. The 400 Mbps plan is the best value for most Vianet homes, and 600 Mbps is the only tier still priced close to WorldLink. If price is your main concern, compare the other ISPs below before you renew.

DishHome Fibernet Package Price List 2026 (New Connection & Renewal)
Updated: 8 October 2026 · Prices last verified on DishHome’s plans page: 30 September 2026 (Ashoj 2083) · By Wilson Shrestha, Kathmandu · Every price below was read from DishHome’s own plans page using its duration and New/Existing customer filters.
Quick answer
DishHome Fibernet packages start at Rs 1,018 a month for 75 Mbps (Rs 1,150 with VAT). A year of 100 Mbps costs Rs 8,407 on renewal (Rs 9,500 with VAT), and a new 12-month connection adds a one-time Rs 1,000 drop-wire charge. The fastest home plans are GamePro 600 Mbps at Rs 25,663 a year and UltraMax 1 Gbps at Rs 35,397 a year. Prices on DishHome’s site are shown before 13% VAT.
October 2026 update: a price rise may be coming
In late September 2026 the Supreme Court dismissed a writ petition filed by DishHome, Classic Tech, Vianet and Subisu against a tax assessment. The ruling lets the government recover the Telecommunication Service Charge (TSC), plus extra charges and penalties, that ISPs had not been collecting from customers. Industry reports say home internet prices could rise by 50–100% as a result, possibly only until the past dues are paid. As of 8 October 2026, DishHome had not announced new rates, so the prices below are still the latest published. We will update this page as soon as DishHome changes its plans.
Key takeaways
Four standard speeds (75, 100, 200 and 300 Mbps), each sold as internet-only, internet + DTH or internet + iTV, plus two 12-month premium plans (600 Mbps and 1 Gbps).
New customers pay more than renewing customers. A new connection adds a Rs 1,000 drop-wire charge, and plans shorter than 12 months also add router rental (Rs 2,000 on a 1-month plan).
DishHome’s listed prices exclude VAT. Multiply by 1.13 and every plan lands on a round figure: Rs 8,407 becomes Rs 9,500, Rs 12,832 becomes Rs 14,500.
Paying yearly instead of monthly saves about 33–38% on the same speed.
Adding TV to a renewal costs only about Rs 150 a month (Rs 1,800 a year) before VAT.
For a new DTH combo, 100 Mbps is cheaper on day one than 75 Mbps, because 75 Mbps + DTH carries a Rs 2,654 TV installation charge.
Prices may rise soon. After the Supreme Court’s TSC ruling, ISPs including DishHome may raise prices; no new DishHome rates had been published as of 8 October 2026.
These are the renewal prices, which are the same as the monthly internet charge a new customer pays before one-time charges. The first line is the price DishHome shows; the second adds 13% VAT, which is what you actually pay.

What a new DishHome connection costs on day one
This is the number most price lists leave out. A new internet-only booking adds a Rs 1,000 drop-wire charge to every plan, and router rental on anything shorter than 12 months. These totals match the figures DishHome shows when you pick “New” on its plans page.

Why a 1-month plan is a poor way to start
A new 100 Mbps connection on the 1-month plan costs Rs 4,106 upfront (Rs 1,106 internet + Rs 2,000 router rental + Rs 1,000 drop wire). The 12-month plan costs Rs 9,407 and waives the router rental, so you get eleven more months for about Rs 5,300 extra.
DishHome internet + TV combo packages
DishHome bundles its fibre internet with either DTH (its satellite dish TV, up to 4 TVs) or iTV (IPTV delivered over the same fibre line, up to 3 TVs). The internet charge is identical to the internet-only plan; the TV part adds about Rs 1,800 a year on renewal.

DTH or iTV: which one should you take?
Choose DTH if you already have a DishHome dish or want up to 4 TVs. On 100, 200 and 300 Mbps there is no TV installation charge on a new combo.
Choose iTV if you cannot mount a dish (flats, rented rooms). It needs no dish, but a new iTV combo adds a TV installation charge of Rs 1,327 on a 12-month plan and up to Rs 2,500 on a 1-month plan.
Avoid 75 Mbps + DTH as a new connection. Its Rs 2,654 TV installation charge makes it Rs 1,169 dearer on day one than 100 Mbps + DTH (Rs 12,376 vs Rs 11,207).
GamePro 600 Mbps and UltraMax 1 Gbps
DishHome’s two premium home plans are sold only as 12-month subscriptions. Both come with a Wi-Fi 6 main router, a GigaHome mesh node and Rs 5 lakh term insurance for the subscriber, and DishHome says they carry no fair usage policy (FUP) limits.
GamePro 600 Mbps
Rs 25,663 a year (Rs 28,999 with VAT), about Rs 2,139 a month. Marketed for low ping and competitive gaming, streaming and heavy multitasking.
UltraMax 1 Gbps
Rs 35,397 a year (Rs 39,999 with VAT), about Rs 2,950 a month. Built for large homes and smart-home setups with many devices and 4K streams.
Some price-list sites still show the 1 Gbps plan at Rs 48,474. That figure does not match DishHome’s 1 Gbps page, which lists Rs 35,397 before VAT, or Rs 39,999 after it. Gamers can also read our GTA 6 guide hub while planning a connection for launch day.

Are DishHome prices with or without VAT?
DishHome marks every price with an asterisk but does not say on the plan cards whether VAT is included. The numbers answer it: each listed price multiplied by 1.13 lands almost exactly on a round figure, which is how Nepali ISPs usually set their VAT-inclusive prices.

Monthly vs yearly: how much you save

Paying yearly saves Rs 4,865 (37%) on 100 Mbps. The saving is Rs 4,694 (38%) on 75 Mbps, and about 33% on 200 and 300 Mbps when compared with their monthly internet charge.

Each step up in speed makes every megabit cheaper. Moving from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps on a yearly plan costs Rs 2,655 more a year (about Rs 221 a month) and doubles your speed, which is the best upgrade for most families.
Which DishHome package should you choose?
75 Mbps
One or two people: browsing, social media, video calls and HD streaming on one screen. Take it internet-only; its DTH combo is poor value for new users.
100 Mbps
Two to four people, online classes and one person working from home. The cheapest plan that makes sense with DTH.
200 Mbps
Families of four to six with several phones, a smart TV and 4K streaming. The best value per rupee for most homes.
300 Mbps
Six or more active devices, large downloads or a small home office. Only Rs 1,770 a year more than 200 Mbps.
GamePro 600 Mbps
Serious gamers and streamers who care about ping as much as speed.
UltraMax 1 Gbps
Big houses, many floors and smart-home devices; the mesh node helps cover every room.
DishHome vs WorldLink: 12-month price comparison
Both ISPs list prices before VAT, so the figures compare directly. DishHome prices are renewal prices; WorldLink figures are from our WorldLink internet package price list (checked 29 September 2026).

How to get a new DishHome Fibernet connection
Pick a plan. Open the DishHome plans page, set the duration and “New”, and press “Choose Plan”, or call the toll-free line 1660-01-22000.
Share your details. Give your name, address and phone number. Keep a copy of your citizenship or national ID ready; if you need a digital copy, see how to download your eNID.
Pay the day-one total. Use the new-connection table above so the drop-wire, router and TV charges do not surprise you, and add 13% VAT.
Installation. A technician runs the fibre drop wire, sets up the router and, for combos, the TV. Change the default Wi-Fi password the same day.
How to renew DishHome internet
DishHome website: use the Recharge menu on dishhome.com.np.
Digital wallets: eSewa and Khalti list DishHome under their internet and TV payment sections.
Dealers: any DishHome dealer or branch can renew your account.
Tip: renew for 12 months. Existing customers pay no router or drop-wire charge, so a yearly renewal is the cheapest DishHome price there is.
Old DishHome plans you may still see online
Many older pages still rank for this keyword. These plans are not on DishHome’s plans page any more:
10, 25 and 40 Mbps FiberNet plans and the free 10 Mbps with Lifestyle HD offer (2021).
The Rs 899 “Dimag Halline” 100 Mbps Dashain offer (2021).
The 50 Mbps plan at Rs 846 a month (2081), and the Rs 531 to Rs 1,530 price grid shown on some finance blogs.
Dashain and Tihar 2083 offer
When we checked DishHome’s plans page on 30 September 2026, it showed no Dashain 2083 offer, and we found no announcement of one as of 8 October 2026. Last year’s festive campaign gave three extra months on selected annual plans plus a lucky draw. Check the plans page again before paying for a year. We will update this page when an offer goes live.

How we checked these prices
On 30 September 2026 we opened DishHome’s plans page and switched the duration filter (1, 3, 6 and 12 months) and the New/Existing customer filter, recording every plan card. We then added up each card’s charges to confirm the totals and checked the premium prices on DishHome’s 1 Gbps page. VAT figures are our own calculation at 13%. On 8 October 2026 we reviewed the page again against the latest published price reports and found no newer DishHome rates.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest DishHome Fibernet package?
75 Mbps internet-only at Rs 1,018 a month (Rs 1,150 with VAT), or Rs 7,522 a year on renewal (Rs 8,500 with VAT). A new 12-month 75 Mbps connection costs Rs 8,522 before VAT.
How much is DishHome 100 Mbps for a year?
Rs 8,407 a year on renewal (Rs 9,500 with VAT). A new 12-month connection costs Rs 9,407 because of the Rs 1,000 drop-wire charge.
What is the DishHome new connection charge?
Every new connection pays a Rs 1,000 drop-wire charge. Plans shorter than 12 months also add router rental: Rs 2,000 for 1 month, Rs 885 for 3 months and Rs 442 for 6 months. TV combos may add a TV installation charge.
Do DishHome internet prices include VAT?
No. The prices on DishHome’s site are before 13% VAT; for example Rs 8,407 becomes Rs 9,500 once VAT is added.
Will DishHome internet prices increase?
Possibly. In September 2026 the Supreme Court dismissed a writ filed by DishHome and other ISPs over the Telecommunication Service Charge (TSC), and reports say ISPs may raise prices by 50–100%, possibly only until past dues are cleared. DishHome had not announced new rates as of 8 October 2026.
Does DishHome Fibernet have FUP?
DishHome says its GamePro 600 Mbps and UltraMax 1 Gbps plans have no FUP restrictions. The standard plan cards do not mention FUP, so ask DishHome if you download very heavily.
How much is the DishHome 1 Gbps plan?
UltraMax 1 Gbps costs Rs 35,397 a year before VAT (Rs 39,999 with VAT) and is sold only as a 12-month plan.
Can I get DishHome internet without TV?
Yes. Every speed is available as internet-only on 3, 6 and 12-month plans. On 1-month billing, 200 and 300 Mbps are sold only with DTH or iTV.
How do I renew DishHome internet online?
Use the Recharge menu on dishhome.com.np or pay through a wallet such as eSewa or Khalti. Renewing for 12 months gives the lowest price.
What is the DishHome internet customer care number?
The toll-free help desk is 1660-01-22000. For the 600 Mbps and 1 Gbps plans, DishHome also lists 01-5970365.
Is there a DishHome Dashain offer in 2083?
Not as of 8 October 2026. Last year DishHome added three free months to selected annual plans, so check the plans page again before you pay.
Our verdict
For most homes, 200 Mbps on a 12-month plan is the DishHome package to buy: Rs 11,062 a year on renewal (Rs 12,500 with VAT), cheaper than WorldLink at the same speed, and a big step up from 100 Mbps for about Rs 221 a month. Budget-conscious users should take 100 Mbps yearly, and gamers should look at GamePro 600. Whatever you pick, pay yearly, add 13% VAT to the listed price, and keep an eye on possible price changes after the TSC ruling before you commit.
Prices change often, especially around Dashain and Tihar. This page is not affiliated with Dish Media Network; always confirm the final price with DishHome before paying.

Subisu Package Price List 2026: WiFi 6, Clear TV and SME Plans
By Wilson Shrestha · Prices verified on 30 September 2026 from subisu.net.np
This Subisu package price list covers every home internet, Clear TV and SME plan Subisu sells in 2026. The short answer: a new Subisu connection starts at about Rs 15,000 for a full year (Smart WiFi 6, 250 Mbps, VAT included), and renewing it costs about Rs 14,000 a year after that.
Subisu now sells only 12-month packages on its website, and it lists prices without VAT. Every table below shows both, so you know the amount you will actually pay.

Subisu WiFi 6 internet packages (Smart, Pro, Elite)
Subisu launched three WiFi 6 tiers in May 2026, and they have replaced the old 200 and 300 Mbps plans for new customers. Each comes with a Subisu-owned WiFi 6 router and free installation. The only one-time cost is the wire charge.
Smart WiFi 6 costs Rs 15,000 in the first year, which works out to Rs 1,250 a month. From the second year it drops to about Rs 14,000, or Rs 1,167 a month. For a family of four streaming, studying and working from home, 250 Mbps is more than enough.
Pro WiFi 6 – 450 Mbps price
Pro WiFi 6 costs Rs 18,500 in year one and about Rs 17,500 a year after. That is Rs 3,500 more than Smart for almost double the speed. It suits homes with 15 or more connected devices, several 4K streams at once, or someone uploading large video files.
Elite WiFi 6 – 650 Mbps price
Elite WiFi 6 is Subisu’s fastest home plan at Rs 25,000 in year one and about Rs 24,000 on renewal (Rs 2,000 a month). Most homes will not feel the difference over Pro. It makes sense for content creators, small home studios, or a house shared by several remote workers.
What is Subisu सुरक्षा (Surakshya)?
Surakshya is a security layer that comes with every WiFi 6 plan. Subisu says it blocks malicious websites, unsafe content and potential cyber threats before they reach your devices. You do not pay extra for it, and you do not need to install anything.
Year one vs renewal cost
Year one costs Rs 1,000 more than each renewal, on every tier
12-month internet-only price, VAT included. The difference is the one-time wire charge.

Subisu internet with Clear TV price
Adding Clear TV Basic Plus to a WiFi 6 plan adds about Rs 6,500 in the first year and Rs 3,000 a year after. The first-year jump comes from the set-top box activation charge.
Example: a home with two TVs pays for a second set-top box activation, which is Rs 3,097 plus VAT, or Rs 3,500 in total. So Smart WiFi 6 with Clear TV on two TVs comes to about Rs 25,000 in year one.
Subisu Clear TV packages (Basic Plus vs Premium)
If you only want TV, Clear TV Basic Plus costs Rs 7,500 for the first year and Premium costs Rs 10,500, both including VAT and setup. Subisu lists more than 275 digital channels and 95+ HD channels.
Subisu’s installation itself is free. What you pay once, on a new connection, is the wire and, if you take TV, the set-top box activation.

Why the website price and your bill differ
Subisu’s package pages state that residential prices are “exclusive of VAT”. Add 13% to any figure you see there. The good news is that the VAT-inclusive totals land on round numbers, such as Rs 15,000 for Smart WiFi 6, so they are easy to remember.
Worked example – Smart WiFi 6: Rs 12,389 internet + Rs 885 wire = Rs 13,274. Add 13% VAT (Rs 1,726) and you pay Rs 15,000 in year one. Next year there is no wire charge, so you pay Rs 12,389 + VAT = about Rs 14,000.
Subisu renewal price for 100, 200 and 300 Mbps users
Older Subisu customers can still renew their 100, 200 or 300 Mbps plans. These are the current 12-month renewal prices.
Should you switch? Smart WiFi 6 renews at about Rs 14,000, just Rs 400 more than the old 200 Mbps plan, and it adds 50 Mbps, a WiFi 6 router and Surakshya. If you are on 300 Mbps, Smart WiFi 6 is cheaper by about Rs 3,700 a year. Pro WiFi 6 costs about the same as the old 300 Mbps plan but gives you 450 Mbps. Call Subisu before renewing to confirm how an upgrade is billed.
Subisu SME internet packages
Subisu’s SME plans are for offices and shops. Unlike home plans, their prices already include VAT and TSC, they have no fair usage limit, and bandwidth doubles from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Subisu home plans are “unlimited” but have a monthly fair usage level. Once you cross it, Subisu can cut your speed by up to 80–90% until the next month starts. Subisu does not publish the exact data limits; it says only that faster plans get higher limits and that most customers never reach them.
You can check whether FUP has been applied from the customer portal, and top up extra data if you need it. SME plans have no FUP. Read the full Subisu Fair Usage Policy.

What changed since our last update (30 September 2026)
Yearly prices are unchanged on all five home plans and all SME plans.

Caro TV is now listed as an add-on on every home plan, including 200 and 350 Mbps, which previously showed Caro TV Basic and Family as included.
Free static IP is no longer listed as a plan feature on the 200 and 350 Mbps plans.
Device guidance has been updated: 50 Mbps is now rated for up to 4 devices, and 75 and 125 Mbps for up to 6.
Key takeaways
Classic Tech sells five home plans: 50, 75, 125, 200 and 350 Mbps. A 500 Mbps home plan is listed as "coming soon".
The best value per Mbps is the 350 Mbps plan at about Rs 3.07 per Mbps per month.
Moving from 200 to 350 Mbps costs only Rs 124 more per month.
Budget about 13% extra for VAT, since Classic Tech's own price posts list totals excluding VAT.

200 Mbps: families of four or more, work from home, and 4K streaming. The free Wi-Fi 6 router and Caro TV bundle discount make it the best all-rounder.
350 Mbps: gamers, creators uploading large files, and busy households. It costs just Rs 124 a month more than 200 Mbps.

Larger organisations can request dedicated internet, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, intranet, data center, managed firewall and managed Wi-Fi services, which Classic Tech quotes individually.
"Unlimited" means you never run out of data, but very heavy users are slowed down in stages. Classic Tech's official FUP page uses a 300 Mbps package as its example:
Up to 2,500 GB: full speed
After 2,500 GB: 220 Mbps
After 5,100 GB: 200 Mbps
After 7,500 GB: 180 Mbps
Your speed resets at the start of each billing cycle. To put it in perspective, 2,500 GB is roughly 350 hours of 4K streaming in one month. Classic Tech says the policy affects fewer than 1% of users, and that HD/4K streaming, gaming and video calls won't trigger it. You can track usage in the Classic Tech app or customer portal.

Why Classic Tech prices look different on every website
Search "Classic Tech 200 Mbps price" and you'll find Rs 848, Rs 851, Rs 949 and even Rs 1,050 a month. Here's why:
Billing cycle: older pages show 3- or 6-month rates, which the official site no longer lists. Rs 949 is the current yearly rate.
Old festival offers: many pages still show expired Dashain 2082 or 24-month offer prices.
VAT: some sites include VAT and others don't.
Plan changes: the old 70, 100 and 300 Mbps home tiers have been replaced by 50, 75, 125, 200 and 350 Mbps.
Classic Tech Dashain & Tihar offer 2083: what to expect
As of 8 October 2026, Classic Tech had not published a Dashain 2083 internet offer on its website. Past festival offers usually brought extra free months on yearly or 24-month plans, a free Wi-Fi 6 router and bonus IPTV. In Dashain 2082, for example, Classic Tech offered two years of 100 Mbps internet for the price of one. With Dashain only days away, it may be worth waiting briefly to see this year's deal before paying for a full year. We'll update this page as soon as an offer is announced.
How to get a new Classic Tech connection
Choose a plan on classic.com.np or call customer care.
Site survey: an engineer checks fiber availability at your address.
Free installation: a technician sets up the fiber line and router.
Get connected: most homes are online within 3–5 business days.
For most homes in Kathmandu and other cities, the 200 Mbps plan at Rs 949 a month (billed yearly) is the sweet spot. It includes a free Wi-Fi 6 router, supports up to 15 devices, and qualifies for the Caro TV Family bundle discount. Heavy users should step up to 350 Mbps for just Rs 124 more a month. Whichever plan you choose, budget for VAT and check whether a Dashain 2083 offer is live before you pay.
The 50 Mbps Suru plan is the cheapest at Rs 596 a month, billed yearly (Rs 7,152 a year before VAT).
What is the Classic Tech 200 Mbps price?
Rs 949 a month billed yearly, which is Rs 11,388 a year before VAT, or about Rs 12,868 with 13% VAT.
Does Classic Tech still offer 3-month or 6-month plans?
The official plan page now shows annual prices only. Contact Classic Tech sales to ask about shorter billing cycles and their current rates.
Are Classic Tech prices inclusive of VAT?
The plan page doesn't say. Classic Tech's own price posts list totals excluding VAT, so expect about 13% more at checkout and confirm the final amount with the sales team.
Does Classic Tech charge for installation?
No. Installation is free on all home plans. A refundable Wi-Fi 6 router deposit of around Rs 500 may apply.
Does Classic Tech include TV with internet?
Caro TV is an add-on on every home plan. Basic starts at Rs 499 a month, and adding Caro TV Family to a 200 Mbps or faster plan saves Rs 300 a month.
Is Classic Tech internet really unlimited?
Yes. There is no data cap, but the fair usage policy gradually lowers speed after very heavy use (more than 2,500 GB in a billing cycle). Speed resets every cycle.
Does Classic Tech have a 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps home plan?
A 500 Mbps home plan is listed as coming soon. Speeds of 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps are available now on annual SME business plans at Rs 5,383 and Rs 7,300 a month.
