Ncell data pack code *17123# with Ncell data pack price list 2026

Ncell Data Pack Code 2026: *17123#, Every Pack Price & How to Buy

The Ncell data pack code is *17123#. Dial it from your Ncell SIM, wait for the menu, pick a pack, and the price is taken from your balance. No internet is needed to buy.

The harder part is knowing which pack to pick. Ncell has changed its line-up several times this year, and many guides still list packs that no longer exist (the old Rs 35 “1.25 GB” pack, Sadhain ON, Home and Away). Every price below was checked against Ncell’s official Packs & Plans page on 8 October 2026, with the cost per GB worked out for you.

How to Buy an Ncell Data Pack with *17123#

Before you dial, check your balance with *101#. The pack fails if your balance is even a rupee short.

STEP 1
Dial *17123#
From the Ncell SIM. On a dual-SIM phone, pick the Ncell SIM when asked.
STEP 2
Choose a category
Reply with the number for daily, weekly, monthly or combo packs.
STEP 3
Pick the pack
Reply with the pack number and confirm. Read the price on screen before confirming.
STEP 4
Wait for the SMS
Ncell sends a confirmation with the volume and expiry. Turn on mobile data.

Why we don’t list one-tap codes like *17123*3#: Ncell renumbers its menu whenever packs change, so a shortcut that bought one pack last month can buy a different one today. The menu always shows the current price, so it is the safer route.

Other ways to buy: the Ncell App (Shop or Packs section), the “Via Website” button on Ncell’s Packs & Plans page (OTP to your number), or a wallet such as eSewa or Khalti if you have no mobile balance. The app and website sometimes show personalised offers that are not in the USSD menu.

Ncell Data Pack Price List (October 2026)

These are Ncell’s regular data packs. Prices include tax. “Unlimited” means the stated GB is at full speed; after that, the connection continues at reduced speed until the pack expires.

Ncell Super Value Packs (Unlimited Calls + Data)

If you also make calls, these usually beat a data pack plus a voice pack. All include unlimited All-Nepal calls. After the high-speed quota, speed drops to 256 Kbps (enough for WhatsApp text, not video). They are one-time packs, so they don’t auto-renew.

Read this before buying a long Super Value pack

  • The 200 GB quota resets every 30 days on the 90, 180 and 365-day packs. Unused data does not carry forward.
  • Per day, the longer packs are only slightly cheaper: about Rs 26.6 (30 days), Rs 25.5 (90), Rs 25 (180) and Rs 23.3 (365). You pay a lot upfront to save a little.
  • Ncell’s FAQ says packs end at midnight on the last valid day, not at the hour you bought them.

90-Day and 1-Year Data Combo Packs

These are built for people who mostly call and want to recharge rarely, such as a parent’s phone.

Rs 949Unlimited calls + 3 GB data (total)90 days
Rs 1,699Unlimited calls + 25 GB per month (then 256 Kbps) + 100 SMS/day90 days

Rs 6,499Unlimited calls + 25 GB per month (then 256 Kbps) + 100 SMS/day365 days

Want to put one of these on a family member’s number? Send them the balance first with an Ncell balance transfer, then they dial *17123# themselves.

Data Saapati: Get Data When Your Balance Is Low

If your balance is below Rs 15 and you can’t recharge, dial *9988# and choose Data Saapati. Ncell gives you the pack now and takes the amount plus a Rs 2.48 service fee from your next recharge.

  • Your SIM must be more than 30 days old.
  • You can’t take a new Saapati until the last one is paid back.
  • If your next recharge is smaller than what you owe, the whole recharge is taken and the rest comes from the one after.

Cost per GB: Which Ncell Pack Is Really Cheapest?

Ncell’s page doesn’t do this maths, so we did. Price divided by the high-speed GB (for the Rs 399 pack, 30 × 1 GB). Shorter bar = cheaper data.

Rupees per GB of high-speed data

Rs 799 Super Value (200 GB) – Rs 4.0
Rs 99 / 3 days (10 GB) – Rs 9.9
Rs 50 / 1 day (5 GB) – Rs 10.0
Rs 200 / 7 days (20 GB) – Rs 10.0
Rs 249 / 7 days + calls (20 GB) – Rs 12.5
Rs 399 / 30 days (1 GB a day) – Rs 13.3
Rs 699 Super Value (50 GB) – Rs 14.0
Rs 499 / 30 days (30 GB) – Rs 16.6
Rs 150 / 7 days (7 GB) – Rs 21.4
Rs 599 Super Value (25 GB) – Rs 24.0
Rs 349 / 30 days (12 GB) – Rs 29.1
Rs 449 Super Value (7 GB) – Rs 64.1

What this shows: the cheap short packs (Rs 50, 99, 200) are some of the best value per GB on Ncell, and the Rs 349 monthly pack is one of the worst. The Rs 449 Super Value looks poor here only because you are mostly paying for unlimited calls, not data. The Rs 799 pack is cheapest per GB only if you actually use close to 200 GB.

Which Ncell Data Pack Should You Buy?

WhatsApp, Messenger, light browsing
Rs 200 weekly, or Rs 399 if you want a daily limit that stops you running out mid-month.
TikTok, YouTube, Facebook video
Rs 699 Super Value (50 GB + calls) or Rs 799 if you stream daily.
Student on a tight budget
Four Rs 200 weekly packs (Rs 800, about 80 GB) beat the Rs 499 monthly pack if you remember to renew.
Hotspot for a laptop
Rs 799 Super Value. Laptop updates and cloud sync eat small packs in hours.
Calls first, little data
Rs 449 for a month, or Rs 949 (90 days) for a parent’s phone.
Travelling abroad for a few days
Rs 1,199 adds 1 GB roaming data in 20+ countries on top of the 799 benefits.
