You have to sell the players which you don’t use to play him in your squad. You just need to buy players which you are going to play and that will upgrade your squad. You can buy superstar players but keep in mind that superstar players’ wages are very high this will reduce your cash from your budgets.
Always train your Players in training sessions.
Train your players in the training session to improve your players’ quality. You can get a trainer to upgrade a player’s skill.
Keep upgrading your facilities.
Facilities will unlock various potential improvements for the club and the squad. You just have to build and upgrade facilities.
Keep on track of your player’s contract.
If you will not keep track of the contract of the individual player then the player may transfer to another club for free. To find the player who has a contract expiring and sign him a new contract.
Preview the player’s stamina and energy level before starting the match.
