Paying yearly is the single easiest way to cut the Canva Pro price. At the current list prices, a full year paid monthly costs $216, while the yearly plan costs $144. That is a saving of $72, or about Rs 10,961, roughly a third off.

Why Canva Pro Prices Online Don’t Match
If you have seen Canva Pro listed at $119.99, $120, $144 and $180 a year on different websites, they are not all wrong. They were captured at different times. Many Nepali articles and seller pages still quote the oldest number, and convert it at an old exchange rate on top of that.
EARLIER
$12.99 a month or $119.99 a year. The price most older guides still show. Canva Teams had a cheap flat rate for up to five people.
SEPTEMBER 2024
The big Teams change. Canva replaced flat Teams pricing with per-seat pricing, which raised bills sharply for many existing teams and drew wide criticism.
2025
Pro around $15 a month or $120 a year. Teams sold at $10 per person a month with a three-seat minimum.
MID-2026
Pro at $18 a month. Teams was replaced for new customers by Canva Business at $25 per person a month, with no seat minimum. Price trackers recorded the yearly Pro price at $180 in September.
OCTOBER 2026 (NOW)
Pro at $144 a year, Business at $250 per person a year on Canva’s own pricing page.
There is a second reason for the confusion: exchange rates. At Rs 135 per dollar, the old $119.99 price looks like Rs 16,200 a year. The real October 2026 figure is about Rs 21,923, or roughly 35% more. If you are budgeting for a client or a college club, use the current numbers.

Canva Free is genuinely useful, and plenty of Nepali shops, schools and student clubs run on it. Pro matters when you hit one of its limits often. Here is the official comparison in plain words.

One detail most guides miss: the free trial has Free-level AI
Canva’s pricing page says the AI allowance during a Pro trial is the same as Canva Free. You get the full 10x allowance only once your paid plan starts. Example: a two-person digital marketing startup in Kathmandu could buy two separate Pro accounts for $288 a year (about Rs 43,845) or two Business seats for $500 (about Rs 76,120). Two Pro accounts are cheaper, but the two people can’t share brand templates or approve each other’s work inside one team. If that collaboration matters, Business is the right plan. If each person works on their own clients, two Pro accounts are fine.
Canva Teams is no longer sold to new customers. Existing Teams subscribers keep their plan, but anyone pricing “Canva Teams” in 2026 is really pricing Canva Business.

Canva Pro for Rs 379? What Cheap Nepali Deals Really Are
Nepali shops advertise Canva Pro from a few hundred rupees a year, far below Canva’s own price. These are not all scams, but they are rarely a normal Canva Pro subscription. Here are the main types, based on what sellers’ own listings say in 2026. We have not bought from these sellers, so treat these as advertised prices.

Why the gap is so big: a single Canva Business seat costs $250 a year, about Rs 38,000. Nobody can sell a genuine paid seat for Rs 379 and stay in business. Prices that low usually rely on a Canva Education, nonprofit or old Teams account that is not meant to be resold, which is why such accounts sometimes stop working without warning.
Avoid these completely
- “Canva Pro Mod APK” or cracked versions. Canva runs in the cloud, so a modified app can’t really unlock Pro. These files are a common way to spread malware and steal logins.
- “Lifetime Canva Pro” for a one-time fee. Canva does not sell lifetime Pro.
- Any seller who asks for your Canva password. Legitimate team invites only need your email address.
If you do buy from a reseller, check these five things first:
