Classic Tech Package Price List 2026: Every Plan, Real Upfront Cost & Best Value (Checked 30 Sept 2026)
Last checked: 30 September 2026 (Ashoj 2083) · Prices taken directly from classic.com.np by switching between the 3, 6 and 12-month billing options.
Quick answer
Classic Tech home internet currently starts at Rs 596/month (50 Mbps, billed yearly). The most popular 200 Mbps plan costs Rs 949/month on the annual plan, and the fastest available home plan, 350 Mbps, costs Rs 1,073/month. All plans are fiber (FTTH) with unlimited data under a fair usage policy, free installation, and a Wi-Fi 6 router free on 200 Mbps and above.
Key takeaways
- Classic Tech now sells five home plans: 50, 75, 125, 200 and 350 Mbps. A 500 Mbps plan is listed as “coming soon.”
- The price per month changes a lot with the billing cycle. For 200 Mbps, paying every 3 months costs about Rs 6,156 more per year than paying yearly.
- On the 3-month cycle, the 125 Mbps plan is actually cheaper than the 50 and 75 Mbps plans. If you pay quarterly, never pick the smaller plans.
- The best value per Mbps is the 350 Mbps plan at about Rs 3.07 per Mbps per month.
- Classic Tech’s own price posts show yearly totals excluding VAT, so budget roughly 13% extra at checkout.
Classic Tech package price list 2026 (home fiber internet)
Classic Tech shows every price as a per-month equivalent, even though you pay the whole period upfront. The table below lists exactly what the official site showed on 30 September 2026 for each billing cycle.
| Plan (speed) | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | Wi-Fi 6 router |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| सुरु (Suru) – 50 Mbps | Rs 1,543/mo | Rs 499/mo | Rs 596/mo | Conditions apply |
| छिटो (Chhito) – 75 Mbps | Rs 1,610/mo | Rs 599/mo | Rs 677/mo | Conditions apply |
| छिटो (Chhito) – 125 Mbps | Rs 1,333/mo | Not offered | Rs 732/mo | Conditions apply |
| तिब्र (Tibra) – 200 Mbps ★ Most popular | Rs 1,462/mo | Rs 851/mo | Rs 949/mo | Free |
| शक्तिशाली (Shaktishali) – 350 Mbps | Rs 1,799/mo | Not offered | Rs 1,073/mo | Free |
| 500 Mbps | Coming soon (register interest on the Classic Tech site) | – | ||
Heads up on the 6-month column: the 6-month rates for 50, 75 and 200 Mbps were lower than the yearly rates when we checked. That usually signals a limited-time promotion. Confirm the 6-month price with Classic Tech before you pay, because it can change without notice.
What you actually pay upfront
Most price lists stop at the monthly figure. What matters when you walk into a Classic Tech outlet is the total you hand over. Here is the math, with a 13% VAT estimate added because Classic Tech’s own blog posts label their yearly totals as excluding VAT.
| Plan | 3-month total | 12-month total | 12-month + 13% VAT (est.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 Mbps | Rs 4,629 | Rs 7,152 | ≈ Rs 8,082 |
| 75 Mbps | Rs 4,830 | Rs 8,124 | ≈ Rs 9,180 |
| 125 Mbps | Rs 3,999 | Rs 8,784 | ≈ Rs 9,926 |
| 200 Mbps | Rs 4,386 | Rs 11,388 | ≈ Rs 12,868 |
| 350 Mbps | Rs 5,397 | Rs 12,876 | ≈ Rs 14,550 |
One-time charges to expect:
- Installation: free on every home plan, according to the official plan comparison.
- Wi-Fi 6 router deposit: Classic Tech’s own 2026 plan posts mention a one-time Rs 500 refundable deposit.
- Installation time: 2–3 days for most plans and 1–2 days for 350 Mbps (the FAQ says 3–5 business days in general, so plan for the longer window).
Which billing cycle is cheapest?
We converted each billing cycle for the 200 Mbps plan into a full-year cost so you can compare them fairly:
200 Mbps: cost of one full year by billing cycle
Pay every 3 months (4 × Rs 4,386)
Pay yearly (Rs 949 × 12)
Pay every 6 months, current rate (2 × Rs 5,106)
Prices before VAT. The 6-month figure assumes the current rate is still offered when you renew.
The lesson is simple: the 3-month plan is the most expensive way to buy Classic Tech internet. For 200 Mbps it costs about 54% more over a year than the annual plan. If the 6-month promotional rate is still live when you sign up, it is currently the cheapest option; otherwise, go yearly.
Best value plan: cost per Mbps
Dividing the yearly monthly price by the speed shows how much each megabit really costs you:
Rupees per Mbps per month (annual billing)
50 Mbps
75 Mbps
125 Mbps
200 Mbps
350 Mbps
Going from 50 Mbps to 200 Mbps on a yearly plan adds only Rs 353 a month but quadruples your speed and unlocks the free Wi-Fi 6 router and a free static IP. That jump is where most households get the best deal.
What each Classic Tech plan includes
| Feature | 125 Mbps | 200 Mbps | 350 Mbps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data | Unlimited (FUP) | Unlimited (FUP) | Unlimited (FUP) |
| Static IP | Optional | 1 free | 1 free |
| Wi-Fi 6 router | Conditions apply | Free | Free |
| Bands | 2.4 & 5 GHz | 2.4 & 5 GHz | 2.4 & 5 GHz |
| Best for | Up to 6 devices | Up to 15 devices | 15+ devices |
| Caro TV app | Paid add-on | Basic included | Family included |
| Android TV app | Paid add-on | Included | Included |

Which plan should you choose?
50–75 Mbps
One or two people, browsing, social media, HD streaming on one screen. Only worth it on yearly or 6-month billing.
125 Mbps
Small families and students. The smartest pick if you can only pay every 3 months.
200 Mbps
Families of 4–7, work-from-home, 4K streaming. Free Wi-Fi 6 router, static IP and Caro TV Basic make this the all-round winner.
350 Mbps
Gamers, creators uploading large files, big households. Only Rs 124/month more than 200 Mbps on the yearly plan.
Caro TV (IPTV) price list
Caro TV is Classic Tech’s IPTV service. It works on Android TV, LG and Samsung smart TVs, phones and tablets, and includes built-in YouTube and pause-and-play on live TV. Standalone monthly prices:
| Caro TV plan | Channels | Monthly price |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 80+ | Rs 499 |
| Family (most popular) | 150+ | Rs 899 |
| Premium | 220+ | Rs 1,399 |
- Paying annually saves 10% on Caro TV.
- Adding Caro TV Family to a 200 Mbps or faster home plan saves Rs 300/month (current bundle deal).
- New Family or Premium subscribers pay Basic pricing for the first 3 months, and Premium upgraders get a free Android TV box.
- Remember: 200 Mbps already includes Caro TV Basic and 350 Mbps includes Family, so you may not need to buy TV separately.
Classic Tech SME and business package prices
For shops, offices and small businesses, Classic Tech runs separate SME plans with a Wi-Fi 6 router, a dedicated SME helpline and double bandwidth during business hours. Starting monthly prices shown on the business page:
| SME plan | Speed | From (per month) |
|---|---|---|
| SME | 50 Mbps | Rs 1,250 |
| SME+ | 100 Mbps | Rs 2,450 |
| SME Super (most popular) | 250 Mbps | Rs 3,333 |
| SME Pro (annual only) | 500 Mbps | Rs 5,383 |
| SME Pro Max (annual only) | 1 Gbps | Rs 7,300 |
Larger organisations can ask for dedicated internet, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, data center and managed Wi-Fi services, which are quoted individually.
Classic Tech fair usage policy (FUP), explained simply
“Unlimited” on Classic Tech means you never run out of data, but very heavy users get slowed in stages. Classic Tech’s official FUP page uses its top home plan as the example:
Up to 2,500 GB
Full speed
After 2,500 GB
220 Mbps
After 5,100 GB
200 Mbps
After 7,500 GB
180 Mbps
Speed resets at the start of each billing cycle. To put 2,500 GB in perspective, that is roughly 350 hours of 4K streaming (at about 7 GB per hour) in one month. Classic Tech says the policy affects fewer than 1% of users, and normal HD/4K streaming, gaming and video calls will not trigger it. You can track usage in the Classic Tech app or customer portal. Note: some older articles list FUP limits like “25 GB” or “100 GB” for high-speed plans. Those are typos; ignore them.
Classic Tech vs WorldLink: 200 Mbps price comparison
| 200 Mbps, 12 months | Classic Tech | WorldLink |

| Yearly price (before VAT) | Rs 11,388 | Rs 12,600 |
| Monthly equivalent | Rs 949 | Rs 1,050 |
| TV included | Caro TV Basic (app) | NetTV |
On paper, Classic Tech’s 200 Mbps annual plan is about Rs 1,212 cheaper per year. Why Classic Tech prices look different on every website
Search “Classic Tech 200 Mbps price” and you will see Rs 848, Rs 851, Rs 949 and even Rs 1,050 per month. None of them are necessarily wrong. They differ because of:
- Billing cycle. Rs 851 is today’s 6-month rate; Rs 949 is the 12-month rate.
- Old festival offers. Many pages still show 2082 Dashain or 24-month offer prices that have expired.
- VAT. Some sites quote prices with VAT, others without.
- Plan renames. Old 70, 100 and 300 Mbps tiers have been replaced by 50, 75, 125, 200 and 350 Mbps.
Classic Tech Dashain & Tihar offer 2083: what to expect
As of 30 September 2026, Classic Tech had not yet published a Dashain 2083 offer on its website. Past festival offers have followed a clear pattern: extra free months on annual or 24-month plans, a free Wi-Fi 6 router, and bonus IPTV. In Dashain 2082, for example, Classic Tech offered two years of internet for the price of one on selected plans. If you are not in a hurry, it can be worth waiting a couple of weeks to see this year’s deal before paying for a full year.

Our verdict
For most homes in Kathmandu and other cities, the 200 Mbps plan on yearly billing (Rs 949/month) is the sweet spot: free Wi-Fi 6 router, free static IP, Caro TV Basic, and room for up to 15 devices. Heavy users should stretch to 350 Mbps for just Rs 124 more a month. Whatever you choose, avoid the 3-month cycle unless you truly cannot pay more upfront, and double-check VAT and any Dashain offer before you pay.
